1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our packaging products, all sales at Paknprint are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
2 Reproduction Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is misprinted, damaged, or does not match your approved proof, Paknprint will gladly recreate and ship the order again at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible for a reprint, you must notify the Paknprint team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
3 Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, they are not eligible for return to Paknprint unless they are damaged or incorrect as stated in the reproduction policy above.
